When your phone case has served its purpose you can put them in a composting environment like a compost bin for it to decompose. Our Coli Phone Case can biodegrade around 2-3 years depending on the quality of the compost. Our future plans for Coli is to have our own composting environment so that our customers will just send their Coli Phone Case our way and we’ll have it decomposed for them.

Our shipping schedule is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days for Metro Manila and 3-7 days for Provincial Areas.

Yes, you can choose the Lalamove/Grab/Toktok on our shipping option. We do same-day deliveries from 8:00am to 2:00pm only. Kindly send us a meesage on our Facebook or Instagram once the order has been made.

Our Coli Phone Cases go through quality control for each and every cases. We value our customers, and if our customers would want to return their Coli Phone Case, you have 2 days from the date of receiving your phone case to address your concern to our email (hello@coli.ph).

Our return policy is only valid for the following concerns:
- Visible damage on the case upon receiving. (Phone case must be unused)
- Wrong case delivered
- Loose/Bad fitting

In case of returning our product, the case should be in the same condition as received.
